By booking a session with Arthouse Creative, you agree to the following:

Bookings

• All bookings must be made in advance via our booking system

• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come basis

Attendance

• Children must be dropped off and collected on time

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate information, including emergency contact details

Behaviour

• We expect all attendees to behave respectfully

• We reserve the right to remove a child from a session if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive

 

Health & Safety

• Any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs must be disclosed at the time of booking

• Parents must provide any required medication

 

Liability

• While all reasonable care is taken, Arthouse Creative cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings

 

Photography

• We may take photos for promotional purposes. Consent will be requested where required

 

Changes

• We reserve the right to make changes to sessions if necessary
